In one word, unprofessionalism. The interview was based on a list of topics and technologies used in the software engineering industry, starting with basic Java topics like OOP principles, Multithreading, Exceptions, I/O and continuing with client-server arhitecture, javascript questions, JDBC, Maven, Git, Security. They let you grade (0-5) every topic, so you basically have to autoevaluate yourself. After this, they start asking you questions, to see if you lied or not. It depends a lot on what people will interview you. After all the effort and time lost, in case of a negative answer, they don't tell you anything, they will not even send you an autogenerated email, which is really disrespectfull.
