Interview
Long and tiring....
They work with a head hunter who is fairly good. Knows the customer well and gives u a good summary. The meeting with them is , like with any other head hunter is useless. A phone conversation should be enough.
Then you are scheduled to meet the CEO. A lady who is very strong minded, not afraid of anything. She actually fired all her executives on an impulse just because she felt they are not good enough for the vision she has....
After that short meeting you are invited to prepare a presentation to her executives. Once you meet them you understand you are meeting a bunch of clowns (some are morons, some are too quiet and some are not focused).
Their patience span is as long as my 8 y/o kid....
I would recommend NOT TO SPEND MORE THAN 10 MINUTES preparing any presentation to these guys.
I would actually recommend to avoid this company.
I would not work for them even if they double the offer.......
