Encore Electric interview questions

I was found on linked in by Bryan and he reached out to me. Very personable and was honest with me on the job and what in my background might not match with what Encore is requiring. He answered all my questions. I than met with interviewing team and had a great interview. I enjoyed the people very much!

Was a phone interview that took about 20-30 mins. Asked me general questions about previous employment and why I wanted to become an electrician. Then benefits and what to expect while being employed to the company.
