Interview
The people I was to interview were not present, so two people from HR stepped in. The questions asked were reasonable but they were unable to answer specific OT questions about the job. I was asked to return the next day to shadow, but when I came, I was notified it was canceled. So, we rescheduled to shadow the next week. When I came, I unexpectedly had an interview with the people I was originally supposed to meet and then shadowed the OT. Overall, it was all over the place and until now, I haven't heard back

Explain a time when you had a conflict with someone and how did you go about it?
This was a virtual interview and I had spoke with the recruiter prior. It was conversational and everyone I spoke with was friendly! They gave me a pretty in-depth overview of the job as well.

Two interviewers, simple question about why I want to be an OT, stroke scenario questions, conflicts with patients, strengths, successful time in OT, explained the background of the company, if I am okay working specific hours, team culture

Casual and laid back. Went over resume and job role. Answered all important questions with clarity and was very easy to talk to. Unfortunately salary was too low for home health
