Initially I was called for a phone screen. After this I was contacted for an in person interview with HR and then hiring manager which both occurred on the same day.

Interview
It was very positive. They appreciated skills I had, but I did not get a second interview. I thought it went very well, but I assume I did not have a such experience as they were looking for.
The interview was straight forward. They were interested in learning about my direct experience and the immediate impact I could make on the team. They went over the position and didn't ask any questions you couldn't easily prepare for.
