Interview
First, a phone interview; mainly behavioral type questions. This was followed by an onsite interview with the pharmacy director and the CEO. The questions were still mainly behavioral. After the behavioral type interview questions, then followed by general questions about scheduling and availability. A few days later, I was given an offer.

Tell me of a time you had to go the extra mile for a patient.
Phone interview was really quick. Asked questions like why Encompass, why I left my previous positions, and general are you ok with prn. This was just the initial phone interview.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Encompass Health

Easy interview process. Very friendly staff. Took about an hour, waiting to hear reply from them. Applied for prn position. Health south is a great place to work. Friendly staff and people.
