5 sections. An HR interview, a Manager interview, an online competency test, an online live coding test, and a talk with the CTO. I received great feedback the entire time, then I was told during the offer period that they found 2 more senior people than me.

Interview
My interactions with Encamp's recruiter were professional and productive. Their CRO took the interview without preparing (didn't have my resume, went off camera frequently, and came unprepared for the interview in general). The CRO was also very unprofessional in referring to the past marketing leader.
