Interview was fairly easy. I got a phone call from them after 3 weeks of applying. Set up a phone interview and after that was offered the position. I was interviewed by the senior manager of IT and one of his senior business consultants.

It was a one way video interviw. It was a fair process. I had 5 questions and 3 chances per question. I was given 3 days to complete the interview from the time I got the video invite.
