Easy, people are nice. But you don't know which part of you let them down that you didn't get this job. They won't give you any feedbacks. Don't give too much hope on this, think this as an interview opportunity. It took them long time to make decisions, so keep trying other companies.

Process took just over 3 weeks. Applied online, received a call 2 weeks later to schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Basic behavioral questions mostly and the interviewer was very friendly and welcoming.
