I was applying as a trainee, so in my case the interview was not hard at all. The process consisted on two interview, one with human resources and the other one with the head of organization.
Nowadays even for trainees the process is harder, you have to go through 2-3 interviews, a group dynamics, and real business cases

Interview
The full process had two interviews. The first one with the HR team, and the second with the Manager of the business Unit. Both interviews were around 45 minutes each. No quantitative or IQ test. No role play (Although now they do have a role play).
