Very fluid and direct, extremely good communication.
Company set their goal from the jump and made sure I was as informed as I could be. Whole process took less than a month.

How comfortable do you feel looking for information on your own?
Informal, friendly chat with several company representatives to get to know each other. The next stage would have been a more formal interview. Questions aimed at experience in relevant business areas and at the compatibility with the organizational framework (number of colleagues, required travel etc.).

Interview
After submitting my online application I had a short interview via the phone. After a couple of weeks I had a Face-to-face interview and received an offer a few days later.
