There was a typing test and grammar test first, then behavior questions interview. Once you pass the few tests you will do a mock call.Describe a time you had an irate customer and tell us what did you do to assist customer?

Interview
The interview process seemed pretty thorough yet straight to the point. I applied online to the Annual Enrollment Representative contract-to-hire position and received a call that same day to setup an in-person interview. In-person interview wasn't so bad. First you take a grammar assessment (correct spelling, proper verbiage, sentence arrangement, etc." and then you take a typing test. If you pass the assessment then you are moved to a room to interview with 1-2 managers. I was interviewed separately by 2 mangers and they each asked me 4 behavioral questions during that time. I was given an offer onsite and had to sing a few disclosures for the background check. I was advised to wait 1 week for the background check to come back and then I would be emailed further instructions on the start date.
