Empowering Abilities interview questions

I have 9years experience in electrical maintenance and facility..for building works and I was completed in Master degree..I was completed my bachelor degree and my MBA is my advantage.i was manage critical situation for work co operative with staffs .

Trying to get an interview seemed to be next to impossible. Things seemed very unorganized and the time frame was lengthy. Training was not what you'd expect and everything seemed misleading.
