Thank you for your feedback on your interview experience. Nobody deserves to be ghosted. Proving an excellent candidate experience is a top priority for us at Empower, and I am very sorry that we fell short with you. You are correct - we are in rebuild mode and I've recently joined to change the way Talent Acquisition operates. The individual that you dealt with is no longer part of the Empower team, and we are working hard to change the experience that our candidates receive, one candidate at a time.
