Interview
Nice low-key interview. Done remotely through teams. Usually interviewed by two people. My interviewers were very friendly and approachable and the interview felt relaxed. It's still an interview though. But I didn't feel a tremendous amount of pressure

It wasn’t hard at all. Follow the email instructions accordingly. Don’t overthink the question and answer to your best knowledge. Review the materials they send you to make it a smooth process.

Interview
Meet with two interviewers. They gave me a paper with questions and and some time to think about my answer. they were just the standard "describe a time when you.." type questions. After a few minutes they came back and read the question aloud while I provided my answer. They silently wrote while I answered. Their faces gave no hint if I was doing well or not.
