Shuffled around the office speaking to every individual that works there. I was asked the same question 5 different ways. I sat for seemed like 10 minutes between interviews while the recruiters finished up other interviews.

I went into the office and sat down and answered a few questions about my work history and if I thought that I could do this job and they hired me. It was a very short and sweet interview.
