Interview
A phone screen interview with a recruiter; and then a video interview with hiring manager and market VP.
Overall the impression I got was they are looking for a perfect candidate, but with the role having gone unfilled for almost a year maybe that perfect candidate doesn't exist.
Poor follow-up from recruiter.

Interview
Recruiter sought me out online for a local position. Phone screen was great and she asked salary expectations. Heard nothing, followed up with her after 7 days and she said that my salary expectation was too high. I told her that it was negotiable but was never asked. Then she said that the position had been filled.
