I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EmployIndy (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2019
Interview
I applied for the position through Indeed. I was contacted by one of the managers to set up an in-person interview. I was told that there would be a second in person interview for with the president of the organization if I was selected to proceed. I arrived on time. The senior manager whom I was to interview with did not show until 15 minutes into the interview. I was interview in what I think used to be an elementary school gym. It was stiflingly hot. About half way through the interview, I felt like I was going to pass out from the heat. Also, It was had to speak, because my mouth dried out. During the interview, the manager who was late surprised me by telling me the jobs would be 10 miles further from my home that I had previously been told. That would have added about 15 minutes each way on my commute.
