Interview
Seemed very interested and very talkative. Stopped replying to emails or calls when I asked for a status. The entire process did not really cover all of the requirements and all of the training. When you take 6 days a week from 5 am to 4 pm and figure out the pay it is not as impressive as it sounds.

Interview
An initial interview with a recruiter who vets experience and qualifications for the position. An interview with the direct contact/department within a couple days after. A possible follow up interview with manager if needed. Straight forward process.
