Interview consisted of 2 interviewers, 1 with a member from Human Resources and another who would be your direct supervisor. HR questions were more focused towards where you live, your academic background, and activities outside of college. Meanwhile, the direct supervisor asked more questions regarding the role as well as what products we were familiar that the company sold and distributed.

Questions were regarding flexibility with travelling, working on weekends, familiarity with Emperador Products and Competition, frequency of alcohol consumption, and willingness to learn something new.

They called to schedule my onsite interview and asked for some personal details like availability and travel preferences. It’s a one-day interview process involving HR, the Manager, and the Director.

Interview
It was a bit informal but they were very friendly and they managed to give me full detail of what the position is and what the company is about. It was nerve wrecking to be interviewed initially but the interviewer made sure that he was able to ask me questions formally and also in a very friendly manner.
