Applied online recieved a call couple weeks later. phone interview. in person interview a week later with a group. then was called four days later with job offer. after that, through out training interviewed with multiple departments

They did a group interview initially, where the role and pay were described. We got to introduce ourselves and what we were looking for in the company. Subsequently there was a virtual interview with departments that were looking to fill the position and then they will let you know if you were matched within 2 weeks. If not matched, you repeat the interview process.
