The Associate VP responsible for the interview process was lackadaisical. I had to do much of the follow-up only to hear they were moving in a different direction, but another position may open up. And ultimately I did not move forward with an alternate position because he did not answer the questions necessary to move forward with an alternate position. All around quite strange.
