Thanks for your feedback. This review describes our process for vetting SQL Server talent pretty accurately. The process starts with a non-technical screening phone call. If the screener recommends you for the position you will be invited to perform a self-paced challenge to demonstrate your skills. If you are able to prove that your skills match the position's requirements you will be invited to our office for a face-to-face meeting where your technical skills will be discussed further.
Since the technical challenge is self-paced, the duration of the overall interview process largely depends on how soon you can complete the challenge. You could have a job offer from us within a week if you complete the challenge without delay and we aren't experiencing an influx of candidates for the position at that time.
