Interview
My point person was the prospective direct supervisor. She called to set up a first interview, in person, which was an hour long with one other member of the team. After that initial interview, I waited a little less than a week to hear back about final round interviews where I met with the direct supervisor again along with the CEO and one other member of the team.

Interview
Received a phone call for a phone screening, scheduled for in person interview shortly after. Then came in for first round with Associate Director of Workforce Development and Workforce Coordinator. Had second round with MFIP supervisor and Associate Director of Workforce Development. Received a phone call with an offer a few days later. Very fast process.
