Interviewed with 3 people, setting up days/times was simple and interviews went well and were relatively informal. Follow-up for next steps was shortly sent after each interview. Over all communication was clear for a fully remote and new position.

5+ rounds of interviews for an entry level UW position? Total waste of time. Interviews were mainly conversational. Received and accepted an offer from another company that only required 3 interviews while Embroker was trying to set up a 5th one.
Entry level underwriting is not rocket science. Don't waste people's time. I immediately declined the 5th interview when I received it.
Although I am a big fan of the fact that this company allows their employees to WFH 100%, the disorganization and tedious nature of the interviews were a huge turn off. The people I spoke with were all very nice and down to Earth, however.

Remote interviews as this company works 100% from home. Standard interview questions, eg tell me about yourself, STAR behavioral questions, etc. Don't try to overthink their questions.
