Met with Regional Manager after she reviewed my resume and we just clicked. It was a great experience. We discussed the needs of the community and the challenges ahead and decided that this was a good fit for me.

Met virtually with an HR recruiter- she seemed extremely friendly and nice. If she was a direct image of the company atmosphere, then I would be extremely excited if I was chosen for the role. Have an in person interview scheduling next week.

I was never asked any relevant questions. Looking back, I should’ve asked them questions about their culture and standards because they were never clearly stated even after I had started the position. I literally can’t think of one question she asked. They are desperate for people and I should’ve been a sign to not accept.
