Interview
There are two parts: Technical questions and general questions. Technical part is relatively easy and general part are basic questions to see your personality and how you are around children.
My interviewer cancelled my first interview after it was supposed to begin, then they were late to the rescheduled one. This made me feel unimportant and not respected.
The interview itself was fine, and I learned a lot of info about the camp.

Can you teach me something simple (ie: how to tie a shoe, play Mario Kart, etc.)?

Interview
The whole process was pretty easy, we talked about past experience, and she asked several questions about working with kids. There were some novel questions too, very interesting. Overall, it was a great experience.
