The technical interviews were straightforward, and I performed well in all of them. The hiring manager round was also positive. Unfortunately, I was traveling during the week of the final HR round, so it was rescheduled to the following week. Subsequently, I was informed that they decided not to move forward, citing my experience with Vue instead of React. This feedback was surprising, given my strong performance in the prior rounds. If React experience was a primary requirement, it would have been more efficient to assess that earlier in the process to avoid unnecessary time investment on both sides.
