I applied for journal administrator post through relx workday. I got a call within two days. They wer discussing regarding my previous experience and salary expectation. The next day I was informed that I have to undergo green book online test followed by verbal. I cleared both tests. I was happy that I will get through HR round. After two weeks I attended HR round. He was checking my competency level through previous experience . It was related to how I handled various issues at work place. But I guess HR was not satisfied with my answer. He told me that they ll.get back to me. But I dint receive any calls until three weeks. I myself called the HR to check whether I was selected but she told my profile I rejected.
I felt like they could have given me an opportunity. I had good communication skill. I cleared both letter drafting and verbal. I was in teaching field and had only four months of experience in e publishing industry. I felt this role would fetch me basic knowledge abt publishing field and I can develop my skills. Unfortunately I dint get through. A gentle request to people hiring . kindly consider the efforts shown by people who r new to the field. They ll surely contribute their best. Kindly update if the website if the profile is not short listed.

firstly i had to write 3 essays based on challenges faced in college, leadership skills and accountability.Once that was screened it was followed with series of interviews with the team leads and finally department head.I also had to undergo the greenbooks English test where we are tested for English grammar proficiency and mail communication.Once all these were over the final meeting was with the HR.over all once i started in the company as a fresher it was a very good base and learning center to develop managerial and analytic skills.
