nice and Chill, The Fort William manager is through with their process, looking to get the best out of their Staff.
They asked a verieity of questions regarding previous experience with the outdoors, equiptment familiarity and so forth.
overall a good interview experience, even better working for them.
It was about 30 min f2f interview. I felt they were looking for those who know well about brands they carry, or at least do mountain sports like hiking, running, camping or skiing.

What do you think is excellent customer service?
What do you think customers expect to staff in our store?
Not long, very personal. They just wanted to know if you had previous experience and how many days you can work. Hiking and climbing experience was also important for them. Vey friendly.
