I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Elite Educational Staffing (Fremont, CA)
Interview
You needed to have passed your CBEST exam which involves quite a cost. You need to get your finger printing done on your own which is an additional $75. Also if your an immigrant, you need to submit your work permit ( EAD) and ofcourse a photo ID and fill up some forms and the W4. Thats it!

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Elite Educational Staffing (Fremont, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
The process is very minimal. They actually contacted me back after I neglected to reply to one of their emails responses which leads me to believe they have high turnover. The interview was a breeze which made me think they hired anyone with the minimal qualifications, those being a degree, a TB test and a emergency credential. It took place very informally in a Starbucks.

Question 1
There were no difficult questions. They were eager to bring anyone on board, it seemed.
