I applied online. I interviewed at Elite Comfort Solutions (North Ontario, CA) in Feb 2021

Interview

Started with phone interview then followed up with an onsite interview with the hiring manager. Very supervising experience. Hire manager had no experience how to interview. I cut the interview short and left, he was wasting my time with nonsense talk.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Elite Comfort Solutions (Ontario, CA) in Apr 2019

Interview

I was contacted by the in-house recruiter. Then, a one on one call with the director of EHS. Once I passed that gate, it was on to a panel interview with HR and site Manager. The site was insanely busy at the time and the site manager was not able to join the interview.
