External recruiter reached out to me. Initial 15 minute conversation with hiring manager. Then a 30-45 minute conversation with hiring manager and a peer. Then an interview with the hiring manager's supervisor. Then a final "Bar Raiser" interview with a member of the executive team. Hiring manager also made himself available for questions and calls after the final interview. The entire process was very quick, organized, and polished, but not overly corporate and rigid.
