It was an easy process. I had only one interview. It was a video call. The interview was 1 full hour. I had 2 interviewers. The questions were basic interview questions.

the first interview was normal and went fine.
I got a second interview! I prepared all day for my second interview. Then I waited over an hour past the interview scheduled time and my interviewer never showed up.
The next day, I got an email saying that they decided to go in a different direction. I am not sure what went wrong there, I reached out but did not get a response.
