It was standard. Three rounds total. Straight forward. All virtual. Be prepared to discuss qualifications on your resume and how they fit with the job your are applying for. All three interviews were 30 minutes.

They have a lot to improve in screen process. Rude. Plain rude. Received an email stating that they were interested and requesting to confirm if I was still interested so they could send a link for an online assessment. After taking the test, I received an email stating that I passed and was requested availability for a vídeo interview. It was cancelled due to the reason the recruiter would not be in the office during the week of the scheduled interview. After 2 e-mails sent inquiring if the interview would be rescheduled, I never heard back. No consideration at all for someone else's time.
