The interview process was decipetively pleasant—round one was a full hour of rapid-fire questions, and round two was much more conversational. However, post-interview communication was poor. I was told I’d hear back by a holiday, followed up twice, and was left waiting without updates. Ultimately, I received a brief message that another candidate was selected—one who seemed more capable of “pushing back,” though it was unclear how this was assessed in our conversation or why being confrontational with the interviewer was considered a positive. The interviews required significant effort, and the lack of timely follow-up was frustrating.
