The interview was not Hard. It was your normal interview questions. Listed below. The process was pretty quick. I had my interview and got the call for the offer maybe a week later or less. It was a one on one, I would say google customer service interview questions and you should be prepared.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.

Interview was good , they asks lots of questions just answer them with confidence I say . Questions can get a little tricky in the interview but you can do it
