Interview process was very quick. Received a call within one week of applying. Scheduled phone screen, same day scheduled next interview with HR. They stated the hiring manager wanted to fill the position within one week of posting. Same day scheduled interview with hiring manager who "liked my background/resume". Interview with hiring manager and one other manager via Microsoft Teams audio went well but never heard back. This is not the first time I interviewed with Anthem and it goes completely silent after the company comes on strong with interest. The job was advertised as Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. During the interview with the manager they asked my opinion on working weekends, working until midnight, 10hr shifts, 12hr shifts and rotating holidays. I really did not like that the job listing and both HR screeners stated the job being M-F 8-5 and than being put on the spot about all different work patterns/times. I am very flexible but it did seem misleading.
