Interview
Initially started with a recorded self paced screening. You record yourself answering basic screening questions for the position. A week or two later a recruiter contacted me for a virtual interview with the hiring team. The actual interview went well, the hiring team seemed friendly. What was weird was that I was under the impression that it was a virtual video interview, but when I logged in no one turned their cameras on. So it was more like a telephone interview. There was also another person on the interview but she had her microphone muted and did not contribute at all. Apart from that it was a pretty standard interview. I received an offer the next day, however I had to decline due to the very low offer.

Interview
First step in the process was a video introduction assignment. I was given a prompt to record with no instructions at all other than that it should be an introduction. The next screen asked if a hourly rate range from approximately 38-39 would be ok. The process was highly impersonal and strange.
