I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Elevance Health (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2018
Interview
Had an online assessment to complete. Then had a phone interview. Then had an in person interview. In person interview was mostly situational questions. But not really a STAR format. Big emphasis on attendance, experience, role playing of how you would handle mock customer situations. The online testing was a little daunting but once I did it I would say overall it is fair and straightforward. The 1:1 interview was personable, I was encouraged to ask questions, and they told me about what they had to offer vs. just grilling me on what I could offer them.

Seamless, straight forward and easy to navigate the process. I appreciated the texts emails and automated process.
Did not enjoy the talent coordinator not responding to questions about the job.
