The process consisted of several steps: 1. Initial conversation with the team lead 2. Professional zoom interview with the team lead following a home assignment 3. Professional interview with one of the qa engineers and a team lead of one of the backhands teams reviewing the assignment and asking more professional questions 4. Professional/personal interview with VP R&D 5. Personal interview with VP HR
