Got talk a little bit about me and they gave me a tour of the facility and hired me on the spot. they were very professional and made sure to tell me that I will mostly likely be working by myself which is fine.

"What is your greatest weakness?" (tests self-awareness and growth mindset)

There was not much to the process. It was fairly straight forward. I was contacted by a representative in their cooperate office, to coordinate the interview, and that was it.

Interview
Interviewed by multiple "managers" in a one on one setting. Only took a day to be interviewed and to be offered a job. Some questions posed were not related to my experience or the job I was applying for, more of a get to know you type of questions.
