After scheduling an interview via Skype with the CEO, I waited around 10 minutes for him to call before I reached out to him to see if he was still available to speak. About half an hour later I was told that I was supposed to call him (first time I have ever been told to call the interviewer) and that I was late in doing so. I apologized for being unaware of this and asked if he was still available to talk to which I never received a reply. This was one of the most unprofessional encounters I have ever received and wished I had read the Glassdoor reviews before even applying.
