Too many interviews. Phone screening, interview with managers and later on site interview with multiple engineers asking questions in a group/panel fashion about several topics related to the position. Staff was very friendly and never felt uncomfortable. I felt welcomed.

Specific questions about downtime scenarios, attacks, tools, troubleshooting steps, routing, switching, firewalls and more and of course questions about my previous experience in other organizations.

Interview
It was lengthy but all my questions were answered and the game rules were established since the first call. Went through technical tests and it was pretty great experience. Manager was very professional conducting interview
