You apply by submitting your basic information and documents, you receive an email where you have to fill again basic information and what segment in the program you are interested (choose from 3 segments ) to join, a short video of yourself is requested.
First you fill the job application which requires a recorded video where you answer few questions in a given time frame, after that you wait till they get back to for an online interview.
