Eldorado Trading Group interview questions

Group of applicants arrive for an 8 hour day. A lot of testing related to decision making, risk taking, math speed, and finance. The tests are challenging, but applicants are weighed for what they bring, not what they are lacking. Without question, the interviewers are looking for people they look forward to an employee with whom they will enjoy working long hours.

Two day interview process. Meet with both of the bosses. Talk about trading, the lifestyle and the intensity of the job. Go through a few difficult math tests and riddles. Make sure you are proficient with your math skills. Talk about the economy and any relevant markets. Talk about the training program and the employment process after that.
