The first interview virtual. It was just a review of my resume. The second on-site interview was with the owner. The compensation was not as advertised. I chose to not continue. The office staff was very nice.

Second interview, half way through I decided this company wasn't for me, Based in the interviewing persons personality and demeanor. I dumbed down my answers to bring the interview to an end more quickly.

Interview
A dog greeted me before anyone shows up at the door, the company overall does not feel very professional. Although I applied online, they had me fill out another old-school style job application while waiting. Two stages of interview; the first interview was with the engineering manager and he asked general technical lighting/electrical questions. Second interview was with the CEO directly. I waited for ~30 minutes and saw that he was just standing outside barely going through my application/resume. No self-introduction, just jumped right into the asking me surface-level questions and gave me a low offer, felt very rude
