Interview individually with senior engineers, with members of management and with the Director. This can be 1:1 or panel type interview. Don't be late, if you are not 15 minutes early then you are late.

Lengthy but very informative. I had all of my questions and answered. I was provided the chance to speak with many functional leads. Overall I spoke with 6 people. However, it was not a drug out process. I would recommend.
