Elant interview questions

I met with HR, who was very nice but the director left me sitting in the lobby for over an hour. When i checked back with the receptionist i was told she was in an interview. I was patient and sat back down. Once the gentleman and the director came out off the office , the director hurried down the hall . I continued to wait .... once again i checked in with the receptionist who said she had to get to a meeting
