I was initially contacted through Linkedin and from my very first contact with my recruiter, everything from then on was very organized, timely and friendly. After a phone screening, I came in for an interview on campus in Greenfield where I met with my manager as well as who I'd be working with directly on the job. The questions were fair and I felt very welcomed. I heard back about the offer within 3 days.
